Lifestyle newborn sessions are a documentary approach to capturing your beautiful newborn baby. They are also captured in the comfort of your own home as well for an added personal touch. Lifestyle sessions are a mix of un-posed and guided loosely posed images that capture your new baby and your family beautifully in your natural environment. Lifestyle sessions are not the usual look at me and smile posed sessions, they are organic, natural and focus on family connections. I will capture the sweet details of your new baby as well as your family togetherness in a natural way.

 

   I will select the best spot in your house for lighting and background to capture these images. Usually the baby's nursery and the master bedroom work well. I will only bring a wrap and headbands/hats for girls, no props are included in these sessions. The best time for a lifestyle newborn session is when your baby is 1 to 4 weeks old. It is best to book your session during your pregnancy to reserve your session spot ahead of time, but if your little one has already been born please get in touch to see if a session spot is available.

It helps me to prepare for the session especially since I will be using the natural light in the room.
