Simple studio newborn sessions are the perfect mix of studio and lifestyle sessions. It's like having a lifestyle session with the beautiful light of a studio session. You also don't need to worry about getting your home ready for company and pictures. You come to me and I'll have the daybed with clean white and light beige linens and beautiful light ready for you. Simple newborn sessions are baby led sessions that do not use props and fancy outfits. Your baby will wear a white onesie, a Caden Lane knotted gown which I can provide, and/or can also be swaddled for the session. Simple studio newborn sessions take less time than a posed newborn session. I will capture your babies cute face, precious hands, and toes, along with their yawns, stretches and even cries. Your baby can be asleep or awake for the session and I often get a mix of both awake and sleepy photos. I know parents love photos of their babies sweet face with their eyes open in wonderment. Simple studio newborn session can be held at a wider age range compared to studio posed session as well. Since posing is baby led it's okay if your baby doesn't want to curl up into a ball to fit into a prop. I recommend these simple newborn sessions be taken on a white backdrop for a fresh, clean and timeless look, but we can certainly use some color too if you would like. We will use the daybed, my newborn beanbag set up for the baby and I also have a moses basket if you would like to use that. If would like to include a headband for your baby girl I have plenty just keep in mind this is not a posed prop session. If you would like props and multiple outfit changes please book a posed studio newborn session. Simple Studio Newborn Session can be for baby only or baby with sibling(s) and family. I recommend light colors and comfortable clothes for siblings and parents. I have several dresses and cover ups for moms so please let me know if you would like help with clothing.
